Booking information
Here you will find all the information you need for your stay with us in Ischgl.
If you have any questions, we are always at your disposal.
Check-in
The rooms & apartments are available from 2 PM on your day of arrival. If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.
Check-out
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10 AM.
Discount for children
We offer the following discounts for stays in the “Comfort” double rooms or the shared rooms with multiple beds with two full-paying adults:
- 0–6 years: 100%
- 7–12 years: 50%
Payment options
You can pay on site in cash, by EC card, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Deposit
The agreed deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking. The deposit usually amounts to approx. 30% of the total package price. We reserve the right to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation is binding.
Cancellations
The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
- From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price.
- From 1 week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking price.
Parking
Free parking spaces directly at the building are available for our guests. We reserve two parking spaces per apartment and one per room. We can reserve additional parking spaces for you for an upcharge. A charging station for type 2 electric cars is also available for you.
Pets
Depending on the room category, your four-legged friends are also welcome. Please note that we charge a min. of €10.00 per day for dogs (food not included).
Ski depot
As a special service, free ski depots are available to our guests at the valley station of the Pardatschgratbahn. There is 1 depot locker per room and 3 per apartment. The depot cards are available from 2 PM on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10 AM on the day of departure.
